Your orders are important to us and due to the nature of certain products, such as our fine art prints, there is a special process for production. Each order is custom-printed and hand-inspected before shipping to you, to ensure the utmost quality and satisfaction. We will keep you informed of the process and will notify you once the order processes and is shipped. Orders should typically be processed within five business days; order arrival times can vary depending on your location.
In addition to the cost of each order and respective shipping and handling charges, every order will be charged a 7 percent New Jersey State Sales Tax. For international orders (outside of the United States), you may be subject to other fees for your purchase once your item(s) clear(s) customs in your country.
Due to the nature of the print and one-of-a-kind items, we do not have a refund policy. However, if you receive your item and it arrives to you damaged due to mishandling in transit, please contact us within 24-hours of opening your package and promptly return it to us. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost (if it is evidently damaged at delivery, do not accept and no return shipping charges will apply) and we will replace it for you and reship once we inspect your return for damage.
